Serving as Master Plumber since 1965 Certified by Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners Effective May 10, 1965 / Witnessed and signed May 10, 1969 Freddie Bailey received his original Master’s Plumbing License #4354 on May 10th, 1965 and has been providing plumbing services in the Houston area for four and a half decades. Freddie has been located at 1718 Huge Oaks, in Spring Branch since 1965. He is a past President of The Local Master Plumbers Association and The Association of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors of Texas.

Honored by His Peers Throughout Texas Awarded New Certificate of Master Plumber #5 For His Contribution to the Industry Effective May 10, 1965 / Witnessed and signed August 5, 1993 In 1993, The Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners awarded Freddie Bailey a new license number of MPL – 5. This award was given to Freddie Bailey for his continuous support and contributions of time and energy to improve and develop the plumbing industry. He continues to come up with innovative ideas for installation and repair and the overall state of safe plumbing practices.
